The fruit for the 'Arkè' is the result of the final pass of Arneis for the vintage – a dry, late-harvest wine of sorts – with a large portion of the fruit having begun to dry on the vine. The wine sees a full 6 months of skin contact in large barrels before being racked off and returned to barrel for a further year.
